Following a bye week, former West Virginia safety Karl Joseph tied for a team-high seven tackles on Sunday.
Joseph recorded six solo tackles and one tackle for loss in a 33-8 loss to the New England Patriots Sunday in Mexico City.
His seven tackles are the second-most he’s had in a single game this season and the most he’s had since he recorded nine against in a 30-17 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in week five.
In the same game, Raiders linebacker Bruce Irvin recorded three tackles and one tackle for loss. Irvin now has 34 total tackles on the season.
Chicago Bears linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski recorded a sack for the second straight week and racked up three tackles in a 27-24 loss to the Detroit Lions.
Kwiatkoski also forced a fumble after he sacked Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford in the first quarter and it led to a Bears touchdown that gave them a 10-0 lead at the time.
Kwiatkoski is up to 18 tackles and two sacks this season with both of those sacks and 12 of those tackles coming in the past two games combined.
Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Najee Goode played 19 snaps on special teams and recorded one tackle in the team’s 37-9 win over the Dallas Cowboys Sunday night.
Goode’s teammate, rookie cornerback Rasul Douglas, did not play a single defensive snap in the win due to the return of cornerback Ronald Darby, who played in his first game since week one after dislocating his ankle.
Eagles running back Wendell Smallwood was deactivated for the Cowboys game and instead, the Eagles went with running backs LeGarrette Blount, Jay Ajayi, Corey Clement and Kenjon Barner.
After scoring his first touchdown of the season last week, Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Charles Sims rushed for three yards on one carry and hauled in three out of his five targets for 25 yards in a 30-20 win over the Miami Dolphins.
Sims' 25 reception yards are the most he's had in a single game since he caught four passes for 45 yards in a 38-33 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Oct. 15.
Sims’ teammate, defensive lineman Will Clarke, recorded one tackle in the win and safety Keith Tandy didn’t record a single statistic.
Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam Jones was inactive for the team’s 20-17 win over the Denver Broncos after suffering a concussion last week against the Tennessee Titans.
Titans offensive guard Quinton Spain returned to the lineup last Thursday night, but was unhappy with his performance during the team’s 40-17 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road.
Spain allowed two sacks to Steelers defensive end Cameron Heyward in the loss.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tavon Austin played a season-low two snaps in a 24-7 loss to the Minnesota Vikings and didn’t touch the ball once.
Rams head coach Sean McVay said that the offense's inability to get in a rhythm was the reason why Austin barely saw the field.
Seattle Seahawks linebacker Terence Garvin recorded three combined tackles in the team’s 34-31 loss to the Atlanta Falcons Monday night.
His teammate, Seahawks offensive guard Mark Glowinski, filled in for Oday Aboushi at right guard after he left the game in the fourth quarter with a shoulder injury.
Green Bay Packers offensive lineman Adam Pankey, Lions offensive lineman Don Barclay and Eagles wide receiver Shelton Gibson were all inactive this week.
